The objective of the project was to develop a new technology for the recording of relief holographic diffraction gratings and holographic elements in planar thin films structures metal-chalcogenide glasses (ChG) (Cr-As2S3, Cr-Ag-As2S3, Cr-As40S30Se30 and Cr-Ag-As40S30Se30), using holographic recording procedure in the corona discharge for improving the industrial production of diffraction optical elements. The objective included the synthesis of ChG, preparation of metal-ChG thin films (Cr-As2S3, Cr-Ag-As2S3, Cr-As40S30Se30 and Cr-Ag40S30Se30), holographic recording of relief-phase diffraction gratings in the corona discharge field, their development by chemical etching with subsequent metallisation. The selection of these materials from binary and ternary ChG systems is due to the high sensitivity to light in a fairly wide optical spectrum. Sorry, this page is available only in Romanian |
