Project CSSDT 18.80012.50.33A The diagnose of biomolecules using the Raman interaction of the light
|
Type : |
Project for young scientists, SCSTD code 18.80012.50.33A |
Head : |
Marina Turcan, Ph.D. |
Duration : |
2018 - 2019 |
Division(s) : |
Laboratory of Quantum Optics and Kinetic Processes |
Objectives of the project:
- Highlight of the physical properties of bioparticles (molecules, DNA fragments, viruses or bacteria) located in the evanescent field of the one optical fiber or optical fiber set. Applying these properties to the diagnosis of biomolecules.
- Diagnosing biomolecules with the help photon statistics. The obtaining of the correlations between photon Stokes statistics and anti-Stokes in the Raman and hyper-Raman interaction process. This correlation has the aspect of grouping and coerentisation of the light quanta in both scattering emission processes.
- The estimation of the light intensity in the evanescence area of biomaterials. Elaboration of new models for manipulation and controlling several biomolecules using the resonance between frequency's own the biomolecule and the frequency difference between pump and Stokes mode.
- The obtaining for the relation for the concentration of the photons according to time, on the state of the bioparticle (bioparticle ansamble), as the Raman signal is linearly dependent on the concentration.
