The aim of this project is to demonstrate the possibilities of generating photon fluxes with quantum properties, necessary for various applications in modern quantum technologies, via the phenomenon of blocking the excitations of collective emitter systems, having several energy levels, at their intense interaction through thermalized fluctuations of the ambient electromagnetic field.
