Laboratorul Materiale pentru Fotovoltaică și Fotonică
Domeniile de activitate
- Cercetări experimentale și teoretice în domeniile fizicii și fizico-chimiei a materialelor semiconductoare cristaline și ne cristaline, compuse din elemente chimice ecologic pure pe larg răspândite în natură.
- Elaborarea tehnologiilor low-cost avansate de obținere a materialelor menționate și în baza lor a dispozitivelor multifuncționale fotovoltaice și fotonice.
- Participarea activă în realizarea Programului național de valorificare a surselor renovabile de energie prin studiul radiației solare și a proprietăților optice ale variabilităților aerosolilor atmosferici într-un mediu urban (mun. Chișinău) și elaborarea design-ului și tehnologiilor noi simple și eficiente de obținere a elementelor fotovoltaice funcționale.
- Elaborarea tehnologiilor noi de obținere a nano structurilor multistrat din sticle calcogenice de diverse compoziții, a structurilor azopolimerice și studiul proprietăților optice ale acestora. Studiul materialelor noi azopolimerice carbazolice și ne carbazolice pentru asigurarea înregistrării elementelor optice de difracție.
