Laboratorul de Optoelectronică "Andrei Andrieș"

Domeniile de activitate

  • Tehnologia de obținere și spectroscopia optică a sticlelor calcogenice, fibrelor optice, straturilor amorfe, inclusiv dopate cu impurități metalice și elemente de pământuri rare, a materialelor nanocompozite din polimeri coordonați cu lantanide.
  • Studiul fenomenelor electrice, optice, fotoelectrice, de luminiscență și fotoinduse în semiconductori necristalini și fibre optice.
  • Studiul teoretic al dinamicii electronice și vibraționale în sisteme cuantice cu dimensiuni reduse (nanostructuri) și în sisteme moleculare cuantice sub acțiunea câmpurilor externe (electrice, magnetice, radiației laser de intensitate mare).
  • Elaborarea dispozitivelor fotonice și optoelectronice (fotoelemente, medii de înregistrare, detectori de gaze, microdeformații, temperatură și radiații IR și ionizate).
